Q1: Does ABLPACK provide customize service? We want to have our logo printed on the containers.

A1：Yes, we provide customizing service. We have three different types printing services. The first one is sticker/label; The second one is printing the logo on the containers or aluminum foil lids; The last one is embossing technology (pictures are attached). Clients are encouraged to choose one of the services and send us your logo.

Q2: Has ABLPACK ever sold the products to any customer in India?

A2: Actually, our products were sold to many countries, including India, Philippine, Japan, US, UK, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and so on.

Q3: Are you a factory or trading company?

A3: ABLPACK owns a factory while selling aluminum foil containers at home and abroad for years.

Q4: Do you have industry certifications?

A4: Yes, we have certifications including FDA, SGS, ISO9001.

Q5: Can we get some free samples?

A5: Yes, we offer free samples. You only pay shipment cost.

Q6: Do you accept customizing with the 3D design we have?

A6: Yes, our engineers can work on it. To ensure accuracy, we will need samples from you.

Q7: Do you have products in stock?

A7: Yes, almost all of our products are in stock. We are not only a professional supplier, but we also own a factory and produce a large number of products every day.

Q8: What is your MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?

A8: Almost all items are in stock. Any number is acceptable if it is in stock. But the more you order, the better price we can offer. If (size, color, logo...) customization is needed, the MOQ is around 100,000-500,000pcs. We can talk through it and decide.

Q1: What is the highest (lowest) temperature that your aluminum foil boxes tolerate?

A1: -40~280 centigrade.

Q2: There will always be sparks when putting aluminum foil containers into microwave. Why will your products not?

A2: Normal aluminum foil containers will be spark in microwave, but our container with special coating will not.

Q3: Normally will your aluminum foil container (with sealed lids) used by restaurants or airplane catering?

A3: Yes, we are the supplier for many restaurants and global food pack dealers. We also supply airplane lunch box. Different sizes are available, and customization is accepted. Customizing products may result in a different MOQ and extra mold fee. If it is a large-amount order, we offer client benefits under specific circumstances.

Q4: Do have products in stock or do you produce according to customer order?

A4: We have large number of products without logo in stock. Our factory has been working every day. Our factory produces 50-100 thousand pieces large-size products and 200 thousand pieces small-sized ones per day.

Q5: What is the MOQ for containers? What about the lids?

A5: Our MOQ for container is usually 10,0000pcs with different sizes or shapes. For many potential clients, they will be very conservative in order numbers at the first time, which is fully understandable. So, we accept any quantity in full boxes. We have packing requirements for each products including lids.

Q6: Are colored products harmful to human, especially when it’s heated at high temperature?

A6: Colored aluminum foil container by ABLPACK is made of safe lacquer, aluminum, PP-film. It does not produce any harmful substances and can directly contact with food. When it is heated at high temperature in ovens and microwaves, color does not fade.

Q7: Are your products biodegradable?

A7: Aluminum foil container by ABLPACK is environment friendly and recyclable. It is our mission to protect environment. We use food grade aluminum foil 8011 and 3003. We encourage reuse the containers.

Q8: Can you do printing also on these products?

A8: Yes, we accept customization. But there will be extra cost.
