Rectangular Smoothwall Aluminum Foil Container
ISO certification and high temperature sterilization treatment make it a safe and reliable choice for food packaging.
Rectangular smoothwall aluminum foil container is heat resistant, which means it can be heated directly on fire or a steamer without changing its shape. It offers benefits like helping heat food fast, keeping food fresh, and saving time, energy and cost.
- Thickness: 0.095-0.2mm, general thickness is of 0.11mm
- Dimensions: range of width 60-600mm, range of length 80-600mm, range of height ≤120mm
- Surface treatment: aluminum natural (no treatment), printing, coloring, coating, film laminating
- Individual packing: 100-2000 Pcs/pack, depending on the size of individual piece
Features
Aesthetic pattern
Those patterns can be printed on inside and outside surfaces of aluminum foil containers to enhance aesthetic appearance, optimize heat sealing and extend shelf-life.
PET clamp cover
We have own clip lids to replace lidding films and they are ideal for fresh food packaging in deli, butcher, fishmonger and bakery.
Ridged base trays
Hot air circulation is promoted through this design where food is lifted off from the container base. In this way, it can achieve faster cooking and facilitate roasting of water-rich food.
